Who we are

Vibe Bowls was born from a simple belief: eating well should feel joyful, not complicated. As a family-owned business in Downtown New Haven, we set out to create a space where wellness, creativity, and community come together.

Our journey took on deeper meaning in May 2024, when Lisa, one of the co-founders, was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer. That moment reshaped how we lived and reminded us that health is not something to take for granted. We realized food could be more than fuel—it could be a daily act of healing, resilience, and joy.

With that in heart, we built Vibe to be different. We’re committed to clean, organic ingredients and never use cane sugar or fillers. Every bowl, juice, and smoothie is fully customizable, designed so you can nourish yourself in a way that feels right for you. Alongside wholesome bites like avocado toast, vegan waffles, and organic oatmeal, we’ve created a menu that reflects both comfort and vitality.
